Licensed Social Worker

Key Responsibilities

The Licensed Social Worker will plan, organize, and direct the Social Services Department to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. They will also provide emotional support to residents and families while coordinating care plans and discharge processes.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a current, active license to practice as a Social Worker in the state. A minimum of one year of experience in a human services or medical facility and an associate degree in a human services field are required.
