Staff Psychologist & Coordinator of Clinical Training

Key Responsibilities

The Staff Psychologist provides high-quality, evidence-based clinical services including triage, crisis intervention, and individual/group counseling, while also managing a clinical caseload for students. Additionally, this role provides leadership for the Clinical Practicum and Advanced Clinical Practicum, acting as the liaison with graduate programs and overseeing training logistics and evaluations.

Requirements

Candidates must possess an earned doctorate from an APA-accredited program in counseling or clinical psychology, along with an APA-accredited internship, and must be licensed or license-eligible as a psychologist in Massachusetts. A minimum of three to five years of post-degree experience delivering evidence-based and culturally responsive crisis intervention, evaluation, and treatment to young adults or adults is required, along with experience working with underserved populations.
