Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Therapist identifies, assesses, and manages patients with medical and behavioral health problems within a primary care team. They provide brief evidence-based interventions, crisis support, and coordinate care to improve clinical outcomes for patients.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field and possess a valid Michigan license as a Psychologist or Master's Social Worker. Experience in integrated behavioral health or clinical casework is preferred, along with strong interpersonal and documentation skills.
