About the Role
RM Autism Therapy is looking for a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Niles, IL. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with autism and their families through evidence-based ABA therapy. Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including FBAs and skills assessments, for clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Provide direct supervision and clinical oversight to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and therapy staff
- Analyze data and adjust treatment programs to ensure measurable client progress
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support generalization of skills
- Deliver parent training and caregiver coaching to promote consistency across environments
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with BACB ethics and insurance requirements
Requirements
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB
- Proficiency in conducting VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, or similar assessments
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, DTT, NET, and behavior reduction strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with families and interdisciplinary teams
- Illinois licensure (LBA) or ability to obtain upon hire
