THERAPIST LISW/PCC

Key Responsibilities

The therapist provides clinical mental health services including assessments, individual and group therapy, and case management to pediatric clients and their families. They are responsible for maintaining clinical documentation, coordinating care with external providers, and participating in team meetings to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements
