Key Responsibilities

The Speech Language Pathologist will evaluate and treat patients in their homes to improve speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders. They are responsible for developing care plans, documenting patient progress, and coordinating with healthcare teams to ensure effective rehabilitation.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a valid license and meet ASHA certification requirements for Speech Language Pathology or Audiology. A minimum of six months of experience and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation are required.
