Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive behavioral health services to the designated patient population.

• Provide emotional support, de-escalation, and implementation of treatment planning interventions.

• Use evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use.

• Offer crisis intervention services as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Psychology, Social Work or related field Required Experience Qualifications

• 1-3 years Relevant experience in behavioral health or social services Preferred Skills and Abilities

• Excellent communication and behavioral management skills that promote safety and de-escalation.

• Knowledge and experience in basic computer skills preferred.

Work Schedule

• Per Diem position.
