Baptist Heart Specialists is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing practice in General Cardiology at Baptist Heart Specialists at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville Downtown location. The selected Advanced Practice Provider would provide the link between both inpatient and outpatient care as a member of the Baptist Health team.

Key Responsibilities
The Advanced Practice Provider will serve as a link between inpatient and outpatient care within the General Cardiology department. Responsibilities include providing clinical support in both clinic and hospital settings as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
Candidates must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. The role requires the ability to work in a clinical setting and participate in a weekend rotation at the hospital.
