Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students with varying communication needs.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that align with IEP goals and educational objectives.

• Provide engaging individual and small-group therapy sessions using evidence-based intervention strategies.

• Partner with teachers, families, and support staff to promote communication skills across classroom environments.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

• Active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility to obtain licensure.

• Minnesota Department of Education licensure or eligibility preferred.

• Previous school-based experience is a plus but not required.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $57.5K - $75K
