Key Responsibilities

will have a dedicated attending primary care provider with them for full time support while seeing patients.

will move through an extended patient ramp up to allow additional time for the building of clinical knowledge and skills.

will allow residents to slowly ramp up their session limits as they build their patient panels and encouraged clinical confidence for new providers.

develop clinical skills in a supportive environment.

Requirements

UCC FNP Residency Application & Candidate Qualifications Application Process The Application will open March 1st, 2026 and will be reviewed on a rolling basis.

Applications should be submitted no later than Friday, July 31st, 2026 for consideration in our inaugural October 2026 cohort.

Family Nurse Practitioners with 0-6 months of experience working as a nurse practitioner Family Nurse Practitioners that have graduated within the past 24 months from an accredited FNP program.

Applicants must graduate by May 2026 to be considered for our October 2026 cohort.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary range: $92,000 to $92,000 annually.
