Join UPHAMS CORNER HEALTH CENTER as a Family Nurse Practitioner Residency Training Program in United States. Job DetailsJob Location: 415 Columbia Rd - Dorchester, MA 02125Salary Range: $92,000.00 - $100,000.
Key Responsibilities
- will have a dedicated attending primary care provider with them for full time support while seeing patients.
- will move through an extended patient ramp up to allow additional time for the building of clinical knowledge and skills.
- will allow residents to slowly ramp up their session limits as they build their patient panels and encouraged clinical confidence for new providers.
- develop clinical skills in a supportive environment.
Requirements
- UCC FNP Residency Application & Candidate Qualifications Application Process The Application will open March 1st, 2026 and will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
- Applications should be submitted no later than Friday, July 31st, 2026 for consideration in our inaugural October 2026 cohort.
- Family Nurse Practitioners with 0-6 months of experience working as a nurse practitioner Family Nurse Practitioners that have graduated within the past 24 months from an accredited FNP program.
- Applicants must graduate by May 2026 to be considered for our October 2026 cohort.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $92,000 to $92,000 annually.
