Join our team as a day shift, full-time, Medical Social Worker in Hospice at
INTEGRIS Health Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City, OK.

Key Responsibilities

Provide medical social work services within a hospice setting to support patients and their families. Coordinate care and resources to ensure patients live healthier lives while navigating end-of-life transitions.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited school. A valid Oklahoma State Driver's License and an acceptable driving record are required for travel.
