Key Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist will conduct thorough home-based assessments and develop personalized treatment plans to improve clients' mobility and functional abilities. They are also responsible for supervising Physical Therapist Assistants and providing ongoing education to clients and their families.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an active New Jersey Physical Therapist License and a valid New Jersey Driver’s License. While 2+ years of experience is preferred, new graduates are encouraged to apply.
