The therapist will provide direct clinical intervention using the MST model for 4-5 families in their home or community, completing assessments and treatment plans while engaging caregivers and community partners. Responsibilities also include presenting case updates in weekly supervision and participating in program on-call support.
Candidates must possess a Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or Criminal Justice, and must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred candidates are bilingual/bi-cultural (Spanish speaking), and all applicants must live within a 45-minute to 1-hour travel time from the Haverhill or Danvers offices.
