Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will lead by prioritizing, coordinating, and delegating physical rehabilitation care touchpoints, interacting with the team to align goals and ensure care aligns with the medical plan. Responsibilities also include monitoring patients and families for education opportunities, assessing progress, and contributing to quality management activities.

Requirements

Minimum requirements include a B.S., Masters, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy, a current Louisiana Physical Therapy license, and American Heart Association Basic Life Support/CPR certification (which can be obtained after onboarding). Preferred qualifications include one year of experience and desired additional certifications like manual therapy or vestibular rehab, though new graduates are welcome.
