Work across the full spectrum of anesthesia services: Practice alongside Nevada's largest anesthesia team, delivering comprehensive care across Las Vegas's premier hospitals and health systems. You'll work in a care team model that respects your clinical expertise and provides access to high-acuity cases that challenge and develop your skills.

What We Offer

• Compensation & Benefits
• Competitive base compensation: $235k - $270k
• Working 6-8 weekends per year with a minimum of $21k added to your compensation annually
• $45k sign-on bonus and future retention incentive packages available

Qualifications

• Required:
• Current certification as a Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA)
• Eligibility for Nevada licensure
• Must meet hospital credentialing requirements

Preferred

• Clinical experience providing direct patient care
• Demonstrated knowledge, competence, and experience across multiple specialties
• Interest in practice leadership and development
