Key Responsibilities

Home-based therapists work with a dynamic team to serve children aged 0-3 with developmental delays, providing 1:1 highly individualized ABA instruction. Goals are child-specific, based on thorough assessment, ongoing data collection, and data-driven decision making using methods like applied verbal behavior and embedded coaching.

Requirements

Candidates must be passionate and energetic State-certified therapists with experience in Early Intervention or behavioral therapies, sharing a belief in the mission to serve children with autism in underserved communities. A NY Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is preferred, along with DOH Approval and the ability to provide ongoing services.
