About the Role
Join Liquid Personnel as a Social Worker – Children in Care – Hybrid in United States. Liquid Personnel is is seeking a dedicated and child-centered Social Worker to join the Children in Care team in Ipswich. This role is focused on securing permanency and providing high-quality support to children in care proceedings, as well as those in long-term placement.
Key Responsibilities
- Case Management: Act as the allocated social worker for children in active care proceedings and those in long-term care or transitioning to permanent alternative care.
- Direct Work: Engage meaningfully with children to ascertain their lived experiences, wishes, and feelings.
- You will be responsible for undertaking life story work and producing high-quality life story books.
- Care Planning: Write, review, and amend children’s care plans, ensuring they are tailored to the child's specific identity and developmental needs.
