Manager Physician & APP Compensation

Key Responsibilities

This role serves as a consultant to senior leadership, overseeing the design, implementation, and administration of physician and APP total rewards programs. The manager is responsible for market analysis, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with legal and finance teams on compensation models and FMV analysis.

Requirements

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or Business and at least 6 years of relevant experience, including 4 years in provider total rewards. A Master's degree and 10 years of experience are preferred.
