Join State of Utah Office of the Governor as a JJYS Licensed Clinical Therapist-Decker Lake Youth Center in West Valley City, Utah.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 8-15 individuals committed to secure care.

• Conduct individual long-term trauma focused therapy with youth in secure facilities.

• Conduct family therapy with youth in secure settings.

• Refer clients to other available services to meet needs where appropriate.

Requirements

• Is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Professional Counselor.

• Has experience developing and conducting group therapy sessions.

• Experience using Evidence Based Practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.

• Has a valid Utah Driver's License.
