Physical Therapist

Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating and treating participants at the Edenbridge PACE center to improve their functional independence and quality of life. They serve as an active member of the Interdisciplinary Team, developing individualized care plans and training caregivers on mobility and safety.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited physical therapy program and hold an active license with the DC Department of Health. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
