Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible presence to the medical providers during clinic operating hours.
- Available for same day and scheduled initial consultations with patients referred by medical providers.
- Assess patients and diagnose mental health and/or substance use disorders.
- Create a treatment plan for patients based on the needs of the individual.
Requirements
- Education: Master’s level degree in psychology or related field, Ph. D. or PsyD from an accredited college or university.
- Certificate or Professional Licensure:
- LCAC, LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or HSPP licensure and ability to practice in Indiana is required.
- CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention)
