Job Description
Community Health Centers of South Central Texas, Inc. is looking to hire a Full-Time Family Nurse Practitioner, who is dedicated to making a positive impact, at our Luling Community Health Center and Lockhart Family Practice Center locations. Travel Required
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and examinations of patients.
- Diagnose and treat common illnesses and injuries.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on preventative care and healthy lifestyle choices.
Qualifications
- Current Nurse Practitioner certification
- State licensure as a Nurse Practitioner
- Primary care nursing experience required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
