The Lead Speech Language Pathologist will conduct adult and pediatric evaluations, develop functional care plans, and provide evidence-based therapy for communication and swallowing disorders. Additionally, the role involves supervising SLPAs and student interns while leading the growth of a new outpatient speech therapy practice.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited university and possess ASHA certification. A valid license from the California Board of Speech Language Pathology is also required.
