The In Home Behavioral Therapist (IHBS) will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs. IHBS Therapists support caregivers to better understand their children's needs by exploring patterns of behavior and improving communication.

Summer Fun Fridays at Northeast Family Services!
We close at 12:30pm every Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day — giving our team more time to relax, recharge, and enjoy the summer sunshine!
Qualifications
- Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable
- Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred
- Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum desirable
- Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
- Bilingual - Fluent in English and Spanish a plus
- Access to secured high speed internet required.

Compensation
- Full-time Salary: $64,000 - $72,000
Incentive Rate $60 / hour over productivity!
- Fee for Service Rate: $50 - $70 / hour
Key Responsibilities
The In-Home Behavioral Therapist provides structured, strength-based therapeutic interventions directly in the client's home to address behavioral needs. They also support caregivers by helping them understand their children's behavioral patterns and improving family communication.
