Our mission remains the same: to empower our clinicians to provide outstanding care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. If you're looking to elevate your career in a supportive and dynamic environment, we’d love to have you join us at JVPT!

Become a Clinic Director at Joint Ventures Physical Therapy!

If you're an experienced Physical Therapist ready to lead, JVPT is offering you the chance to be the CEO of your own clinic with uncapped bonus potential, student loan assistance until your loans are paid off, and a patient caseload of fewer than 12 patients per day. This is not a typical PT job. This is a career-defining leadership opportunity.

What Makes JVPT Clinic Directors Different

  • Student loan assistance that continues until your loans are fully paid off
  • Stay Balanced - patient caseload expectations are fewer than 12 patients per day, ensuring time for quality 1:1 care and professional development
  • $15K in-house professional development budget to advance your own clinical skills
  • Autonomy with Support - lead your clinic with confidence backed by dedicated operational support and clear dashboards
  • Direct Access to Leadership - text your CD, RD, or even the CEO anytime; your voice is heard and acted on
  • Peer-to-Peer Leadership Support - join a network of fellow Clinic Directors for camaraderie and mentorship
  • Highbar Igniting Leadership Series (HILS) - grow and develop as a leader alongside your peers
  • Cutting Edge Documentation - Prompt EMR combined with AI documentation software so you spend more time with patients and less time on paperwork
  • A Teaching Practice - lead monthly Clinical Skillz Meetings with CEU courses provided by Highbar faculty
  • Relocation Assistance - we help you establish roots in the community you love

  • Leading professional development and mentoring team members.
  • Driving operational and financial excellence at the clinic level.
  • Supporting your team while advancing your own skills with $15K of in-house professional development.
