The Physical Therapist assesses, plans, and implements rehabilitative programs to restore physical function and alleviate pain in patients with various impairments. They also act as a clinical resource, supervise students, and participate in multidisciplinary patient care planning.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an accredited program and possess an active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license. A minimum of two years of professional clinical experience and American Heart Association BLS certification are required.
