Key Responsibilities
The Registered Dietitian will provide diabetes care and nutrition education through 1:1 and group sessions while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. They will also manage administrative tasks such as charting in the EHR and responding to provider referrals.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an RD/RDN certification and have at least 2 years of experience in diabetes care and education. Experience or interest in women's health is required, and CDCES certification is highly preferred.
