Key Responsibilities

• As our Occupational Therapist, you'll craft personalized treatment plans to help individuals maintain, restore, or improve their functional abilities in a day hab setting.

• From assessing motor skills and sensory processing to guiding adaptive equipment and assistive technology, your expertise will empower those we serve to achieve their best quality of life.

• You'll collaborate with physicians, families, and care teams, providing essential training and support to staff and caregivers.

• Plus, you'll oversee and supervise OT staff across multiple settings, ensuring top-notch care and compliance.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited OT program and NYS licensure or eligibility.

• Strong knowledge of OT evaluation, treatment modalities, and assistive technology.

• Excellent communication skills and computer proficiency (Microsoft Word).

• Ability to demonstrate physical transfer techniques and utilize mobility devices safely.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $90K - $95K
