Key Responsibilities

• Adheres to the facility’s confidentiality policy in accessing and safeguarding protected health information (PHI) of residents and employees.

• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field and experience in a geriatric setting (may include college internships).

• Knowledge/familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid and third-party insurance systems.

• Strong communication and organizational skills, and flexibility to tolerate rapidly changing demands.

• Personal computing skills.
