• Bachelor's Degree or masters degree from accredited PA Program Required

Licenses & Certifications

• Active P A license, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice Upon Hire Required and
• Active PA board certification Upon Hire Required
• Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire Required
