The Clinical Therapist II provides comprehensive psychosocial assessments, develops treatment plans, and delivers behavioral health therapy to patients within a multidisciplinary team. They also manage discharge planning, provide patient education, and assist in emergency responses while maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field and possess at least two years of post-licensure experience. Required credentials include a Professional Counselor License, NJ Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
