Mental Health Therapist (LCPC or PsyD)

Key Responsibilities

The psychotherapist will conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for residents in skilled nursing facilities. They will provide individual, group, and family therapy while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure compliance with clinical standards.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field and possess an active, unrestricted state license. At least two years of clinical experience in geriatric, long-term care, or medical settings is preferred.
