Key Responsibilities

• Provide early intervention services to children ages 0–3 throughout Philadelphia, with a current priority need in West Philadelphia.

• Deliver individualized, evidence-based speech therapy.

• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.

• Support developmental progress through play-based, functional interventions.

Requirements

• Licensed (or license-eligible) Speech-Language Pathologist.

• Passion for working with young children.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Experience in pediatrics or early intervention preferred, but not required.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $176.8K - $197.6K
