Physical Therapist (PT) – Early Intervention (Birth to Three)

Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat infants and toddlers with developmental delays in their natural environments while collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams. They are responsible for developing individualized treatment plans, coaching caregivers, and maintaining accurate medical documentation.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree and possess a valid New Mexico Physical Therapy license. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel throughout assigned service areas are required for this role.
