The Hand Therapist provides specialized therapy services, including the fabrication of static and dynamic splints for patients with upper extremity injuries. They also collaborate with surgeons to develop and adjust care plans while supervising aides and students.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Physical or Occupational Therapy and possess an active state license. A minimum of 5 years of experience is required, with a preference for Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) certification.
