Job Description

Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) – Pediatric Home Health

Wee Care Corporation is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists to provide in-home services to children with developmental disabilities throughout the Phoenix Metropolitan Area.

This is an ideal opportunity for therapists looking to supplement an existing position, build a flexible caseload, or enjoy the independence of contract work while making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.

Ability to Build Your Own Caseload

  • Build a caseload in your preferred geographic area(West Valley, East Valley, Phoenix, or surrounding communities).
  • Administrative support for authorizations, scheduling, and billing
  • Opportunity to supervise COTAs (optional)
  • In-home and community-based therapy services

  • Arizona OTR/L License
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Professional Liability Insurance
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to provide a minimum of 5 therapy sessions per week
  • Experience working with pediatric and developmental disability populations preferred
  • Willing to work in patients homes

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Must hold an active Arizona OTR/L license and current CPR certification. Requires reliable transportation and the ability to provide at least 5 therapy sessions per week.
