The Intensive Residential Behavior Analyst designs, implements, and supervises comprehensive behavioral treatment plans for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. They provide clinical leadership on-shift, mentor direct-care staff, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care.
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in a Human Behavioral Science field and be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing. A valid Michigan Behavior Analyst license and at least one year of clinical experience with developmental disabilities are required.
