Physical Therapist FT – Home Health Full-Time Hillcrest Health & Living | Omaha Metro Area At Hillcrest Health & Living, our mission is simple: Inspiring People to Live Their Best Lives. We’re looking for an experienced Physical Therapist to join our Home Health team in a full-time capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy services to home health patients across the Omaha metro area.
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on mobility, strength, safety, and independence.
- Partner closely with nurses, providers, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to support patient goals.
- Complete timely documentation and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Nebraska (or eligible for licensure).
- Previous home health experience strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 1+ years of PT experience required.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
Work Schedule
- Full-Time position.
Work with Hillcrest Health & LIving in Bellevue, Nebraska.
