Key Responsibilities

• AND RESPONSIBILITIES Perform and document an initial exam, evaluating data to identify problems and determine a diagnosis prior to intervention.

• Review physician's referral and patient's medical records to help determine diagnosis and physical therapy treatment required.

• Plan, prepare, or carry out individually designed programs of physical treatment to maintain, improve, or restore physical functioning, alleviate pain, or prevent physical dysfunction in patients.

• Obtain patients' informed consent to proposed interventions.

Requirements

• WHAT IT TAKES TO DO THE JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Knowledge of medical safety hazards and precautions.

• Ability to communicate with different audiences in a simple, clear and concise manner.

• Ability to work under pressure and with strict deadlines.

• Ability to identify when confidentiality, discretion and judgment are needed, and exhibit these traits appropriately.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $85K - $114K

• 401(k) with employer match.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Day shift only - no nights.
