- Board: BC required (Certified)
- Licenses: Licensed in KY or Universal License (IMLC)
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, ABLS
- Fellowship: Required
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide call coverage for OB/GYN emergencies
- Manage inpatient obstetrics and gynecology cases
- Perform vaginal and cesarean deliveries as needed
- Provide consultation for complicated pregnancies
- Respond to call within 30 minutes
Key Responsibilities
Provide inpatient call coverage for obstetrics and gynecology emergencies, including managing cases and performing deliveries. Conduct consultations for complicated pregnancies and respond to on-call requests within 30 minutes.
Requirements
Must be Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology with a valid Kentucky or IMLC license. Requires current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and ABLS certifications.
