VNA Alliance is a faith based, non-profit organization based in Meadville, Pennsylvania. VNA Alliance serves Crawford, Mercer, Venango, Erie, Forest, Warren, Butler, and Lawrence counties. We offer skilled nursing, palliative care, and comprehensive therapy services.

Qualifications
Graduate of a state approved school of physical therapy accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association.
- Minimum of 6 months acute care or rehabilitation center experience preferred.
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Reliable, independent means of transportation to make home visits. Drivers must have a valid driver’s license and car insurance.

Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in their homes to support aging in place. Conduct patient assessments and implement individualized rehabilitation plans within the assigned counties.
