The Mental Health Therapist 2 will implement individualized treatment plans and facilitate group and individual therapy sessions within a secure residential facility. They will also provide case management, develop lesson plans, and maintain a safe, supportive environment for high-risk individuals.
Candidates must have three years of experience working with impaired clients, though an associate or bachelor's degree in social science can substitute for six months of experience. Applicants are also required to possess or obtain specific certifications including QMHA, CPR, First Aid, and Safe Together.
