Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care outlined in the Social Worker Job Description.

• Provides communication and training for field Social workers to support clinical competencies and policies and procedures individually and/or through region or division meetings.

• Drives company initiatives with colleagues and field Social workers of assigned area.

• Facilitates communication of continuing education training opportunities to enhance the practice of all USRC social workers.

Requirements

• Must have Master's Degree in Social Work accredited by the Council of Social.

• Work Education.

• Current licensure in applicable state is required unless employed in the state of AZ, PA or License must be maintained as current and in good standing. (See addendum for Social Worker for minimum licensing requirements.).

• Three (3) -- five (5) years social work experience with multi location healthcare preferred; other relevant experience will be considered; previous dialysis experience.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.
