Key Responsibilities

The role involves managing a patient panel with diverse needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits both in-office and occasionally via telehealth. Providers will also engage in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and collaborate daily with in-office and virtual clinical teams.

Requirements

Candidates must have completed an accredited FNP or PA program with national certification and possess at least two years of primary care experience in the last five years, or one year coupled with a fellowship or urgent care experience, while holding an Ohio state license.
