Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitative techniques
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and wellness strategies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary wellness staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Promote a positive, healing environment consistent with WellSpa's wellness philosophy

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Active Georgia Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Experience in outpatient, orthopedic, or wellness-based physical therapy preferred
• Strong knowledge of manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and rehabilitation protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, holistic wellness environment
• CPR/BLS certification required or ability to obtain prior to start date
