Position Description

Responsible for the evaluation, planning, directing and administering of occupational therapy modalities prescribed by a licensed physician.

Qualifications

Job Duties/Responsibilities Requirements

• One (1) year experience as an occupational therapist in acute care facility preferred.
• Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) preferred.

Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy curriculum with a Bachelors or Masters degree with certification in occupational therapy.

Current California Occupational Therapy License OR License eligibility letter prior to the first day of employment.

If CA OT License Eligibility Letter recipient with a Limited Permit: licensing exam must be passed within (90) days from letter date.

BLS (AHA) current certification
