Job Description

About Us

International Family Medicine is a community-focused primary care clinic dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate, and personalized healthcare to the diverse community we serve.

Our team values clear communication, empathy, professionalism, and building lasting relationships with our patients. We believe quality healthcare begins with listening, understanding individual needs, and helping patients feel comfortable and supported in their healthcare decisions.

Because many of our patients speak Spanish, we place great importance on having bilingual providers who can connect with our community and ensure every patient feels heard, respected, and understood.

Conduct patient assessments, diagnose medical conditions, develop evidence-based treatment plans, prescribe medications, and interpret diagnostic tests.

Educate and counsel patients in English and Spanish on medical conditions, treatment options, medications, and preventive care.

Coordinate specialist referrals, follow-up appointments, and continuity of care while maintaining accurate and timely EHR documentation.

Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to support efficient operations, quality improvement, and patient satisfaction.

Stay current with clinical guidelines and best practices while fostering a welcoming, patient-centered environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (required).
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree and completed accredited residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.

  • Proficiency with EHR systems, medical documentation, and standard office technologies.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Commitment to evidence-based medicine, continuing education, and ethical and regulatory standards.

Preferred Qualifications

Outpatient experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or primary care, particularly with diverse and Spanish-speaking populations.

Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) electronic health records.
