What You'll Do

  • Complete occupational therapy evaluations
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
  • Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
  • Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
  • Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Active Arizona OT License
  • Active Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Experience in school-based settings preferred

Key Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist will conduct student evaluations and participate in IEP meetings to support skill development. They will also collaborate with school teams and families to monitor progress and maintain accurate compliance documentation.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and possess an active Arizona OT license. An active Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card is also required for this school-based position.
