Position Overview

WE ARE SEEKING A COMPASSIONATE AND EXPERIENCED LICENSED CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER (LCSW) TO JOIN THE HEALTHCARE TEAM AT DAVIS GRANT MEDICAL CENTER AT TRAVIS AFB, CA. THE LCSW WILL PROVIDE COMPREHENSIVE CLINICAL SOCIAL WORK SERVICES TO PATIENTS AND FAMILIES, ADDRESSING EMOTIONAL, BEHAVIORAL, SOCIAL, AND ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS THAT MAY IMPACT OVERALL WELL-BEING AND ACCESS TO CARE.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and evaluate patients' social, emotional, and behavioral needs.

• Provide individual, family, and group counseling as appropriate.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment and care plans.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to patients experiencing emotional or situational difficulties.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.

• Relevant clinical social work experience.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
