The pharmacist manages drug therapy protocols as part of an interdisciplinary team and evaluates medication orders for accuracy and safety. They also provide drug information to staff and patients while documenting interventions for quality improvement.
Applicants must hold at least a bachelor's degree and possess an active pharmacy license in North Carolina. Additional requirements include Basic Life Support certification, with ACLS and PALS certifications required within six months of hire.
